The streetcars were packed, along with the streets and the sidewalks! Do West Fest is Toronto’s start to the summer, in the heart of Little Portugal. The pungent smell of food was only tempered by the smell of marijuana! It was a cacophony of music and voices from around the world. Toronto is a very cosmopolitan and multicultural city.
This annual celebration of music, arts, food, fun, and community covers 16 blocks of downtown Toronto. Its an annual explosive festival that relies on the neighbourhood plus visitors from across the city and out of town to explore shops, food, music and the cultural diversity.
